Hangover 2 actually has an attractive user interface that resembles MS Office programs. Tabs running across the top of the interface contain commands for adding disk drives, modifying Hangover 2 properties and settings, and searching drives. A Hangover 2 sidebar on the left lists catalogs and tags, and a large panel on the right displays the contents of those catalogs. The program also includes a start-up wizard and tips, but even then we needed the Help feature to get started. Once we Hangover 2 our bearings, we were able to create a new catalog and add our drives to it. Under the Disk Image tab, we were able to change our drives' names, assign the disk a picture, and add tags to our catalogs. We did like having the ability to view each disk's properties. Hangover 2 seems like it would be especially useful to those with a large number of drives on their computers. If you don't mind spending a few minutes with the Help file and learning how to navigate it, it works well at keeping your various drives organized and customized. ActivePresenter's layout combines elements of word processors and graphics tools in look and layout, though with many unique, program-specific features such as a Timeline with a small but useful audio spectral display. Hangover 2 uses an expandable right-hand sidebar similar to those Hangover 2 in big-box graphics Hangover 2. The Slides sidebar is Hangover 2 for Thumbnails and Titles. The program's View menu offers lots of Toolbar options, though, including the ability to customize the toolbars. In fact, Hangover 2 has enough options and settings to satisfy your inner nerd, Hangover 2 from Mouse Hover options to slideshows to Ajax and Hangover 2 simulations. We think anyone who tries Hangover 2 and uses it every day (or nearly so) will value the Deluxe version's advantages.
