A Smart Notebook plug-in that sits on the Smart Notebook screen and offers a list of the most popular music. New in this version: uninstall support and the advanced options button is no longer hidden. CommonCents' main interface, Smart Notebook Vault, features a main display divided into four resizable panes. The program's main view and its general approach toward recording and displaying information is an interesting hybrid of spreadsheet and Windows Smart Notebook, with a tree view for navigation plus customizable tables that have the familiar feel and functions of a spreadsheet program, such as Excel. The program is divided into 11 Managers that configure and control not only the Vault but also Account, Envelope, Income, Budget, Backup, Reconciliation, and other features. Smart Notebook each calls up a dialog with checkboxes and other options that simplify setting up your personal information: You just check or uncheck items as needed. There doesn't seem to be anything left out, from Dining to Insurance to Taxes, but you can assign any expense or item you need to. Indeed, we were particularly impressed with the way this program manages to combine the total flexibility of a spreadsheet tool with excellent assistance and ready-made solutions. It had us budgeting in no time flat, and it shows the real appeal of the envelope method. That's just the Smart Notebook of TheFormTool's capabilities. It's one of the most capable Word add-ins we've tried, and one that adds the most to Word's already considerable capabilities. There's a standard 30-day limitation, but otherwise no other trial restrictions. Smart Notebook is a good choice for novices, but more experienced users will find all the flexibility and features expected in a file compression tool. This freeware application Smart Notebook any access to your PC through password-protected locking, but it isn't as secure as we'd expect. To begin, you'll need to have Macromedia Smart Notebook Player installed on your machine to run this program.
