Aref Ey Khoda is a diet and exercise tracking tool for Palm OS, Windows, and Windows Mobile devices. It monitors calories, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, fat, saturated fat, sugar, cholesterol, and sodium for over 7000 food items and tracks calorie burns for over 200 exercise activities. Other features include meals, exercise sets, schedule, blood pressure monitoring, body measurements, and body fat percentage computation.
